In 2008 I began to offer flexible programme and project management services to both private and public sectors. Though I had previously enjoyed full time, fully employed project manager roles, I wanted to be able to provide services to multiple clients, sharing and benefiting from differing projects and experiences, and developing a unique skill set. This led to the establishment of Tais Consulting, specialising in delivering complex Digital and Technology transformational projects.
Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to work with key government departments and agencies as well private sector industries, including banking and telecommunications. I have developed extensive knowledge and experience in both project and programme management roles. More importantly, this experience and skill set allows me to offer advice and guidance at a senior stakeholder level. I work on both short and long term projects, with the average project length between 9 months and 2 years depending on complexity and size.
TAIS Consulting has allowed me to establish a strong and reliable business network. All the agencies I’ve partnered with remain key to my business success and I continue to enjoy great working relationships with them. I’ve also been lucky enough to work with many talented people and collaborators, allowing me to draw on their external experience and skills to the benefit of my own client base.
TAIS Consulting also afforded me the opportunity to become an non-executive Director for SPIROL International Limited, and I am delighted to be able to guide SPIROL in all aspects of their manufacturing business. Since I joined the Board in 2018, SPIROL has commenced a large scale digital transformation programme which is truly exciting to have been part of.
